These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that govern your use of ViperWin. They explain the relationship between us and you, the responsibilities that apply to accounts and activity on the site, and the general terms that apply to promotions, payments and disputes. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Acceptable platform use

Prohibited conduct includes collusion, using automated betting software, chargebacks, money laundering and attempting to exploit errors in the system. We reserve the right to void bets, withhold winnings and close accounts where abuse is suspected.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions and bonuses are subject to separate terms which form part of these general terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses require fulfilment of wagering requirements before withdrawal, may carry maximum bet limits during play-through and will be voided if we identify bonus abuse. Only one welcome offer is permitted per household. Specific promotional terms will be published where necessary and apply in addition to these terms.

Deposits and withdrawals

Available payment methods, minimum deposit levels and withdrawal limits are shown in the cashier. We may require you to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for deposits where possible. Withdrawals may be subject to verification checks and reasonable processing times. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
